• Citizen Explorer is a student-designed and built satellite that will launch in December 1999 on a Delta-II as a piggyback on the NASA EO-1/SAC-C mission.  Its orbit will be sun-synchronous, circular at 705km altitude.  The satellite will fly over schools at 10:00AM local time for a ten-minute pass.

• The Expert Traffic Management System  (ETMS) is a cooperative effort between Interface & Control Systems, Inc. (ICS), Kinesix, and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc (ESRI)  to develop an intelligent, low cost ATMS with a real-time expert system, a full GIS implementation and an advanced graphic user interface to accomplish all the functions listed above.  This narrative briefly describes the existing core technology and its suitability for, and adaptability to,  ATMS applications.
