the descendants of slaves, finding records can be a big problem. A
group in Chicago is working to change that. The International
Society of Sons And Daughters of Slave Ancestry is using its Web
site to help people make those connections.

to avoid shark attacks.

Web SiteNearly a year ago, a case of mistaken identity cost
Jim Bowers part of his family. Bowers' wife and baby daughter died
when a Peruvian jet shot down their plane because they thought it
was carrying drugs. Bowers and his 7-year-old son Cory live in
Garner. He has just written a book about his life as a missionary
and he is using the Internet to tell the world about his mission.
