ICS has a concept to extend our background in intelligence programs and e-business to provide a capability to apply:

This presentation defines a hybrid approach of using traditional command and control technologies and applying current e-Business practices to leverage on the real-time aspects of both systems to provide intelligence analysis and data dissemination.
