ICS Privacy Statement

Interface & Control Stystems (ICS) understands a customer's concerns about privacy on the Web. Our site has instituted policies to ensure that any personal information you give us is handled responsibly. In addition, this statement is to inform you how much information is gathered, who sees it and how it is handled.

It is our goal to provide you with a safe and secure online shopping experience. We value your privacy, and any personal information you give us will be treated with the utmost respect. ICS employs the most stringent online security available. In fact, we believe in security on all levels and never transmit any personal information via e-mail. We strongly recommend that you adopt this policy as well.

ICS will never sell customer information to an outside company or a third party. However, we may use your information for our company's promotional purposes. Every promotional e-mail will be handled by our listserver and will contain instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

Personally Identifiable Information

ICS collects personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) from our visitors only when they voluntarily provide such information. Those who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information.

If visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to ICS and would like to be removed from the company's e-mail mailing lists, ICS will use reasonable efforts to delete the visitor's e-mail addresses from its existing files.

Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically

ICS may collect information from site visitors that is not personally identifiable, including the visitor's operating system, browser, domain name and the specific Web pages on GT sites that are accessed or visited. We collect this information in aggregate and only use it to improve our sites.

ICS's online store uses Cookie Technology, which identifies a user as a previous visitor. A Cookie is a data element that a site sends to your browser where it can be stored on your computer system. For example, if you browse a product the Cookie stored in your system will remember that you visited that specific Web page the next time you visit and can serve you more effectively. Based on a Cookie, the Web site may know that you liked a certain product and could inform you of new products or specials being offered during a future site visit. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a Cookie, giving you the opportunity to decide whether you want to accept or reject it.  ICS visitors are asked to refer to their browser's instructions to learn more about these functions.
