TechSat21 News
ICS participated in the Interim Design Review (IDR) for the Cluster Manager Software component of TechSat-21 May 7-8 in Albuquerque, NM. The IDR represents a significant milestone in the design phase of the Air Force Research Lab's TechSat-21 constellation, planned for launch in 2004.
