Interface & Control Systems has been in the Real-Time, Automated Command and Control business since 1988. Jay Offutt - President/CEO - Product Development lead, former owner of Offutt and Associates which was acquired by ICS. Columbia Maryland office.

Jim Van Gaasbeck - Executive Vice President - Flight Systems, co-founder.  Melbourne Florida office.

Brian Buckley - Executive Vice President - Marketing & Business Development, co-founder. Melbourne Florida office.

Qualifications

Our staff is experienced in the development and deployment of systems for Windows NT/2000, UNIX for Sun, SGI, and HP, Linux, and many popular embedded operating systems.  We also have experience in relational and object-oriented Database development.  We have considerable experience in the following areas:

• Development of highly automated applications using Artificial Intelligence technologies.
