USAF EOCT SATELLITE SIMULATOR

The Aerospace Corporation has funded ICS to port the SCL system to a dedicated satellite simulator hosted on a SPARCboard in a VME chassis. SCL will provide a command response simulation with a limited electrical and thermal model.

Anomaly scenarios are also provided to exercise AFSCN operational consoles ability to react to out-of limit conditions. More than 3200 commands are simulated along with the battery charger subsystem.

Most of the SCL rules for the FleetSatCom Simulator were machine-generated from an Orbital Operations Handbook (OOH). This system has been delivered to the Los Angeles Air Force Station.
