Interface & Control Systems has been in the Real-Time, Automated Command and Control business since 1988.  The SCL product is a rule-based Expert System used to provide real-time command, control and monitoring for Satellite Control Centers, Simulators, Testsets, and on-board satellite control systems. That flexibility makes it an ideal component to build powerful Command and Control Centers.  SCL is designed to provide periodic as well as event driven high-rate, low-rate, and status telemetry packets using pre-defined packet formats. The command response behavior is specified by a full-featured scripting language, making it easy to develop configurable and repeatable scenarios. Beyond that, the extensible SCL framework facilitates adding custom components to provide additional capabilities if requirements change, which they often do.
